Ingredients
Scale
For the Sauce
- 1 can (13.5 ounces) coconut milk
- 2 Tablespoons red curry paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
For the Dumplings and Garnish
- 1 bag (16 ounces) refrigerated or frozen dumplings (your favorite kind)
- Sliced green onion, for garnish
- Chili oil crunch, for garnish
- Cilantro, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit to prepare for baking the dumplings.
- Prepare Sauce: In a 9×13-inch baking dish, combine the coconut milk, red curry paste, minced garlic, low-sodium soy sauce, and ground ginger. Whisk everything together until smooth and well blended.
- Arrange Dumplings: Evenly place the refrigerated or frozen dumplings over the sauce in the baking dish. Spoon some sauce over the tops of the dumplings to ensure they soak up the flavors.
- Bake: Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. The dumplings should be golden and the sauce bubbly by the end. If using frozen dumplings, consider adding a few extra minutes to the baking time to ensure they cook through.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove the dish carefully from the oven. Sprinkle sliced green onion, chili oil crunch, fresh cilantro leaves, and sesame seeds over the dumplings. Serve warm and enjoy your flavorful one-pan dumplings!
Notes
- Using frozen dumplings may require an extended baking time by a few minutes.
- Feel free to substitute red curry paste with your preferred curry paste for a different flavor profile.
- You can adjust chili oil crunch amount based on your heat preference.
- Make sure the baking dish is 9×13 inches to allow even cooking.
- Serve with steamed rice or a side of sautéed vegetables for a complete meal.
